About your order

How to Complete Your Order Form

Please enter the following information:

• Name of the person placing the order (Kanji and furigana)
• Postal code — the address will automatically appear when you enter the postal code. Please add the building name, room number, street number, etc., if applicable.
• Email address and telephone number
• If you have any special requests, please enter them in the Notes section.
• Select the mango grade and quantity you would like to order.
• Please check the box for refrigerated shipping only if you require cool shipping. (Normally, we use standard-temperature shipping and can safely deliver the mangoes this way.)
• Enter the delivery address, or check the box indicating that it is the same as the customer’s address.
• If you are placing multiple orders, please add a new tab for each order and enter the corresponding delivery address.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from gima@izumimangoen.com with your order details and payment instructions.

Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.
